米其林星级餐厅Mural旗下最新美食目的地
整个空间充满了细节处的巧思,例如波纹状的镜面天花板,创造出液体反射般的错视感;植物和自然色调的搭配与吧台的粉色、土色及绿色在不经意间形成呼应。

于今年秋天在德国慕尼黑开业的WunderLocke酒店,此次将借“MuralFarmhouse”系列餐厅推出一套无与伦比的餐饮概念。5个不同的餐饮目的地分布在七个楼层,并同时遵循“从农场直达餐桌”的烹饪理念。

MoritzMeyn和WolfgangHingerl是德国备受赞誉的米其林星级餐厅Mural的创始人,他们此次为慕尼黑WunderLocke带来了全新的必去餐厅和酒吧目的地,包括提供70个座位的“MuralFarmhouse全天候点菜餐厅”、带有品尝菜单的“MuralFarmhouse高级餐厅”、提供现烤甜点的“MuralFarmhouse咖啡厅”、受意大利迪斯科启发的葡萄酒和鸡尾酒酒吧,以及拥有户外农场、享受巴伐利亚阿尔卑斯山全景的“MuralFarmhouse露台”。MuralFarmhouse由其创立者与国际知名主厨ChefRicoBirndt共同经营,后者目前负责MuralFarmhouse所有五家门店的餐饮。

MuralFarmhouse全天候点菜餐厅可容纳70人同时用餐,并配备有一个带有火坑区的户外露台。餐厅设有一个私人用餐区,可以通过开启连续的滑动隔墙来扩大空间以举办活动或会议。

整个空间充满了细节处的巧思,例如波纹状的镜面天花板,创造出液体反射般的错视感;植物和自然色调的搭配与吧台的粉色、土色及绿色在不经意间形成呼应;赤陶土色的花盆与木材与红色调的木制家具、装饰品和铜质踢脚线相得益彰,使整个空间呈现出优雅又具活力的感觉。

CleverdesigneffectshavebeenincorporatedbyHollowayLi,includingarippledmirroredceilingwhichcreatestheopticalillusionofaliquidreflection.Asanextensionoftheconcept,thedesignersfilledtherestaurantspacewithplantsandnaturaltoneswithfinishesthatechothepink,earthyandgreentonesfromthebar.Terracottaplanterscomplimenttheredtonesoftimber,upholstery,andcopperskirtingwhichpunctuatethespace.

为了与WunderLocke酒店的室内装修保持和谐的关系,室内建筑师HollowayLi为MuralFarmhouse的空间设计提出了“更新”和“连接自然”的主题,旨在将当地的工业遗产与城市南部的巴伐利亚森林和开放绿地联系起来。

InkeepingwiththeinteriorsthroughoutWunderLocke,thedesignsforMuralFarmhousewerecreatedbyinteriorarchitectsHollowayLiandkeepingwiththewiderproject,focusonthethemesofrenewalandconnectionstonature,bridgingthelocalarea’sindustrialheritagewiththewildernessoftheBavarianforestsandparklandtothesouthofthecity.

MuralFarmhouse主张最大程度地利用季节性食材,无论客人选择在16座的高级餐厅或是全天候餐厅用餐,均享受同样优质的农产品。每道菜都经过精心设计,以适应不同场所的独特个性。
